Administrative Court

A specialist court within the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court of Justice. The court exercises the High Court’s supervisory jurisdiction over first instance extradition decisions handed down in the Westminster Magistrates’ Court. The Court may sit with a single judge or as a Divisional court, consisting of a Lord Justice of Appeal sitting alongside a judge of the High Court.
