Eurojust

The judicial co-operation agency of the EU, comprised of national prosecutors, magistrates or police officers from each Member State. Eurojust has competence over the investigation and prosecution of serious crime, in particular organised crime or crime with a cross-border element, it also facilitates EAW extradition and mutual legal assistance requests.
